3. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
By purchasing from Glow Research, the Buyer represents, warrants, and certifies that:

- The Buyer is a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, institutional representative, or individual operating within a lawful and controlled research environment.
- The Buyer has the knowledge and training necessary to safely handle research compounds.

- The Buyer understands that research compounds may present known and unknown risks.
- The Buyer will review all labels, safety information, certificates of analysis, and handling information before opening or using any product.
- The Buyer will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.
- The Buyer will independently determine whether each product is lawful to purchase, possess, import, store, transfer, and use in the Buyer’s jurisdiction.
- The Buyer will not misrepresent the intended use of any product.
- The Buyer will not provide products to minors or unauthorized individuals.
- The Buyer will not use Glow Research products for human or veterinary purposes.
- The Buyer accepts full responsibility for all consequences arising from the purchase, possession, storage, handling, transfer, resale, or use of the products. Glow Research reserves the right to decline, cancel, limit, or refuse any order when the company believes the order may violate these Terms, applicable law, internal compliance policies, or research-use requirements.
4. NO MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

However, the Buyer acknowledges that:

● The Buyer is responsible for independently verifying whether a product is suitable for the Buyer’s research protocol. Any certificate of analysis applies only to the corresponding batch or lot number identified in the document. Certificates of analysis, laboratory results, or purity testing do not make a product suitable for human or veterinary use.
7. STORAGE, HANDLING, AND SAFETY
The Buyer is solely responsible for safely receiving, opening, inspecting, storing, handling, transferring, and disposing of all products.
The Buyer must:

● Prevent access by children, pets, patients, unauthorized persons, and members of the public

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Glow Research is not responsible for:
● Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
● Packages delivered to an address entered by the Buyer
● Carrier delays
● Weather-related delays
● Theft after confirmed delivery
● Delivery interruptions
● Customs delays
● Government holds or seizures
● Refusal of delivery
● Failure to retrieve a package
● Damage resulting from leaving a package unattended
● Shipping disruptions outside the company’s control Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once the package is tendered to the shipping carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Buyer must promptly inspect all shipments upon delivery and notify Glow Research of any alleged shipping error or damage within the period specified in the company’s shipping policy.
11. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS
International Buyers are solely responsible for confirming that products may lawfully be imported, possessed, stored, and used in the destination country.
Glow Research assumes no responsibility for:
● Customs delays
● Import restrictions
● Government seizure
● Destruction of products
● Additional taxes or duties
● Brokerage fees
● Licensing requirements
● Regulatory investigations
● Returned or abandoned packages
The Buyer expressly waives claims against Glow Research arising from customs decisions, import restrictions, border enforcement, or actions taken by government authorities.
No refund or replacement is guaranteed for a shipment delayed, rejected, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs.
12. ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, contamination risks, chain-of-custody concerns, and quality-control requirements, all sales are final once an order has been submitted.
Glow Research does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

13. DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Claims involving a damaged, missing, or incorrect shipment must be submitted promptly to customer support with:

● Photographs of the shipping label
● Photographs of the product and packaging
● Any other documentation reasonably requested by Glow Research Glow Research may require the Buyer to retain the packaging and product while the claim is reviewed.

available documentation and circumstances
14. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
The Buyer agrees to contact Glow Research and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address any order concern before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or bank claim.
A chargeback filed for a validly processed and fulfilled order may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
Glow Research may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation, including:

● Accepted policies
● Product descriptions

● Proof of fulfillment
The Buyer remains responsible for amounts lawfully owed, together with reasonable costs associated with responding to a fraudulent or improper payment dispute, to the extent permitted by law.

19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

25. TERMINATION
